Refunds

Groovr.io starts with a free trial, no card needed, so you can try it before paying anything. If a purchase still isn't right, here is what we refund. Write to [email protected] with the email of your account; you do not need to give a reason.
Groovr.io Cloud
- Cancel any time from your account page. You keep Cloud until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Your first payment, monthly or yearly, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it.
- Later payments are not refunded, except where the law requires.
License ("Own it") and update renewals
Refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying. The license, or the year of updates, ends with the refund.
AI top-ups
Refunded within 14 days of buying, for the part of the credit you have not used.
What a refund changes
A refund takes back what it paid for: the subscription, the license, or the unused credit. Months that counted toward owning Groovr.io stop counting when the payment behind them is refunded. AI credit already used is not refunded, because we paid the AI provider for it.
Payments through Stripe
Stripe processes our payments as the seller of record, and may also refund a payment under its own buyer protections. A refund made by Stripe is treated as if we made it.
